She probably is a target. Ironic is it, if she is killed she becomes a martyr for her beliefs and also proves her statements/position against the radical Muslims.

I totally agree with her.
Her opinion is why I changed mine in support of a military presence in the ME. I can't think of another option. There will never be peace in the ME as long as Muslims keep calling for the destruction of Israel. Perhaps this conflict was a long time coming. I am looking at Dubai as setting an example for the rest to follow. There will not be peace in the ME without secular governments that champion human rights not opression.

That was pretty good to watch.
For a minute in the middle, I couldn't tell if the language was supposed to sound like that, or if she had a hairball stuck in her throat.
Regardless, I'd hit it.

I bet Dubai becomes a target down the road. They have a western way over there and they have a lot of money put into their buildings, roads and bridges that the "bad guys" would love to destroy.

Time Magazine in a list of 100 influential people in the world described her as "whose power, talent or moral example is transforming the world."
WOW! Am I doing enough?
This Woman is Power! I support her effort.

People are a bit more reluctant to blow themselves up when they have TV, houses, cars, and shopping. What I find very cool about Dubai is that the Crown Prince actually used the oil money for the good of the Country and the People. Unlike Africa or Saddam where 2 individuals got really really rich and the People suffered.

I could see Dubai becoming a "warm up" target before they hit the U.S. again, to "teach the rest of the ME a lesson," so to speak, and show them what happens when they move into the modern world. I hope I'm wrong, but it's a possibility.

Wow.
I agree with her on the scientific contributions. What is sad, is that the muslim people many centuries ago prided themselves on their scientific superiority. They were, for a time, advanced in lenscraft and medicine. But, that was like 15-1700.

I almost disagreed with you on this one unil I re read it. But since I already had my argument I will put it out there. A big portion of Europes porblems come from young 2nd generation immigrants who are plenty well off, and are just influenced by really radical clerics.

Most of the contributions they are known to have have given the world were not really their own. They came from people they conquered. They did do some but not near what most give them credit for (E.g. arabic numerals were an Indian/Persian/ Budhist creation)

It is going to be a large problem for Europe in the next few years, and it is an emerging threat here. "Home Grown" is a bad thing. Hard to detect and monitor.

I'm all about free speech and freedom of religion, however, at what point does a "free Country" crack down on people spewing messages of hate that are actually acted upon and executed whether by them or their followers?

This is the question that places like Holland, France, Germany, England, and the US (pretty much in that order) are going to have to start asking themselves really soon. There are radical Religious leaders (note I changed this to be religion neutral) in these countries who are allowed to spew hate, and motivate young minds to do terrible things.

I know. All radicals prey upon the young minds of bascially kids who don't have direction in their lives. It's detestable. Abortion clinic bombings and killings are just as bad in my mind.
I think, perhaps we should hold spewers of hate criminally responsible when one of their followers pops off. Even the KKK stopped killing people.
