The place is called Fast Trac Raceway, It will cost you $20 per year. It is located at 15155 N. Washington st. To get there take I-25 to 120th Ave exit, take 120th east to Washington, take Washington north, when you pass 144th watch for a little yellow sign that says Fast Trac Raceway.

Right now he has a super track for dirt bikes set up, he doesn't mind you driving vehicals over it. Also there is a revene that has hills to it and a swampy area. A good sized concrete irragation channel, looks wide enough for a full size truck.

And a bonus is he is willing to supply fill dirt to build future obsticals. I figure with some ties added we could build some good crawling hills.

He said your welcome to just go down there and ring his doorbell, otherwise his phone number is 303-252-8888.
of course you have to fill out a disclaimer saying if your a bonehead and kill yourself playing to hard, its your own damn fault.(thats not quite how its worded, but you get the drift) smilies/biggrin.gif

A while back, before the web site crash, we talked about a 4x4 park. I mentioned one that was in Aurora about 25 years ago. Someone asked me where it was. It was out on Quincy Ave. right around where Aurora Resivoir is now. I think it would be just a little west of the resivoir and just south of Arapahoe Park Racetrack. It was run by the State and required a State Parks Permit and a daily use fee.

I haven't been down to the swampy part yet, I plan on signing up this week so I'll let you know later. Also this guy has a backhoe so if we ask he'll probally let us dig a good sized mud hole.

Hey Griz, that area you described is about 2.5 miles from my place. I'll go by and check it out.

The area I am talking about was closed when they began construction of the resivoir. It was not anything real spectacular. It ran through a ravine, had some mud and a winching area.

Any of the other "Old Timers" remember it?
